Noodles | Fried noodles with sprouts

Hi, Everyone, my name is Michele. Welcome to my channel, michtintin.

Fried egg noodles with sprouts for lunch.

Let’s start by frying some eggs.

I’ve beaten a few eggs roughly to fry with some hot oil.

In case you’re wondering, I’m using a wooden spoon to cook. Not plastic.

I like to break them up roughly before they are fully cooked. Just easier.

They tend to clump up when cold, I just took them out of the fridge.

Dark soya sauce for colour

Distribute around to cover as much noodle as possible.

I grated some garlic, you can always slice it. Up to you. It’s your cooking, your rules. Own it.

Only difference is the taste, grated garlic tastes stronger, slice garlic not so.

If you slice, you will get bites of garlicky taste in certain bites since the size is larger than grated.

Fresh sprouts for fibre and vitamin c. Humble and nutritious. Very underrated.

Fresh spring onions for more sweetness since I have no other greeneries.

I added some oyster sauce for umami flavour.

It’s finishing so I added some boiled water into it .

Done, dish out and eat! Enjoy!
