Hi Everyone, today I’m cooking a very easy dish, ladies fingers!
I start by cutting them into bite sizes, any size you want shorter or longer .
Then I place them all into a small saucepan .
Add a bit of oyster sauce,
some light soya sauce to taste,
and some fried shallots and shallot oil.
Finally, I added some water into the pot and that’s it!
If you want it to cook faster, add in some hot water instead. Let’s light up the stove!
Now all we have to do is BOIL and STIR!
Stir! Stir! Stir!
Cover and cook for about 5 mins. Stirring in between.
I like transparent pots :)
Stir!!
This is a type of red lady’s fingers which will turn green when they are cooked.
Looks like they’re done!
No more red colour.
Remember to subscribe and give me a thumbs up!
Serve with more crispy fried shallots!
See you in the next video!
