Coding | Atom | Install terminal tab in Atom

Hi everyone

If you have problem installing Terminal-plus in your atom.

You can use this alternative method to install.

Go to Atom and Preferences.

Click on Install on you left Panel.

And then search for Terminal-tab

It’s a package by jsmecham.

And currently the number of installation is 78000.

Click on Install.

Previously the Terminal-plus

I think there were some MacOS updates which caused this Terminal package to be unusable.

So once you have installed Terminal-tab.

It will show Settings, Uninstall & Disable

You can click into it to check out how to use it.

Shift Cmd T to open Terminal in your Atom workspace.

So go to your window, any code and then Cmd Shift T

Your Terminal will show up at the bottom of your window.

And you can go ahead and type in any command instead of opening Terminal separately.

And if you want to open up Terminal from the menu on top you can do so,

Click on Packages, and go to Terminal and open Terminal.
